Restaurant linen hire is usually priced per item or per week depending on your cover count and how often you change linen. Most restaurants pay on a monthly invoice. Send us your weekly cover count and the linen you need and we will quote within one working day.
Yes. Alongside tablecloths and napkins we supply table runners, overlays, slip cloths and chair covers in white, ivory and a range of tones. Everything is laundered and pressed together and delivered on your weekly schedule.
Most London restaurants run one or two collections per week, timed around their service schedule. High volume venues or those with event bookings can add extra collections. We build the schedule around your service, not ours.
Our laundry is based in Wembley HA0 and we run daily routes across Westminster, the City of London, Kensington and Chelsea, Camden, Hammersmith and Fulham, Mayfair, Knightsbridge, Marylebone, Paddington, Notting Hill, and Bayswater. We quote any London postcode that fits a weekly route.
Every item goes through stain pre-treatment before the main wash. Items that cannot be fully restored are pulled from your stock and replaced automatically. You do not pay extra for normal wear and replacement.
Yes. We supply and launder banqueting tablecloths, event napkins, chair covers and large format linen for private dining rooms and event spaces. Give us your event dates and cover count in advance and we will make sure stock is ready.
Damaged or stained items are pulled out of circulation before they reach your housekeeping team. Stock par counts include extra replacement linen built in so you never run short. You do not pay extra for items that simply wear out over time, only for items lost or damaged beyond normal use.
We set up ongoing weekly linen hire built around your service, with no rigid lock in. Volumes flex up for busy periods and back down again as your covers change, so you are never paying for linen you are not using. We focus on regular restaurant contracts rather than one off event hire.
