Hotel linen hire in London is usually priced per item or per room, with most large hotels paying on a weekly or monthly invoice. Your exact cost depends on three things: how many rooms you have, how often you change linen, and the quality grade you want (cotton rich, 100 percent cotton, or premium). For an accurate quote, send us your room count and average occupancy and we will come back within one working day.
For most London hotels with more than 40 rooms, yes. When you add up the cost of buying stock, running washing machines, paying laundry staff, and replacing worn linen, doing your own laundry rarely beats a hire contract once your volume goes up. Hire turns linen into a fixed monthly cost with no surprise expenses.
The handover usually takes one to two weeks. We do a site visit to count your current par stock, agree your weekly volumes, and book a start date that lines up with the end of your current contract. Most hotels switch without any gap in linen supply.

For most London hotels we collect and deliver on the same days every week, set up to match your housekeeping rota. Larger hotels usually run two or three collections per week. If you need extra linen between scheduled deliveries, we can usually turn it around in 48 hours.
Damaged or stained items are pulled out of circulation before they reach your housekeeping team. Stock par counts include extra replacement linen built in so you never run short. You do not pay extra for items that simply wear out over time, only for items lost or damaged beyond normal use.
Same week starts are possible for hotels in Central or West London already sitting on one of our existing collection routes. For hotels in other postcodes the typical start time is one to two weeks from contract sign off, once your stock requirement is sized. Request a quote to check availability for your property.
We supply single, double, king, and super king bed linen as standard, including fitted sheets, flat sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases, and bed runners. Custom sizes for unusual mattresses are available on request. Towel sizes run from face cloths and hand towels through to bath sheets and pool towels.
Yes. We wash monogrammed bed linen, embroidered towels and bathrobes, branded napkins, and custom hems with the same care as your standard stock. Your branded textiles are sorted, washed, and returned to your hotel only, never mixed with other clients' stock.
